Ford C-Max engine fault (DPF) Additive tank empty

In this video we show you how to fix an engine malfunction in your Ford C-Max. The cause of this problem is an empty DPF additive tank. With a bit of skill, you can fix this problem yourself. All you need is an additive of approx. 2 l, diagnostic software, a filling kit or a pump. The additive tank is located under the car between the fuel tank and the spare wheel. Connect the pump to the right connection and pump until the liquid flows out of the left connection. Then the container is full. Then you connect the diagnostic device (FORScan software is free) and confirm the filling and carry out diesel particulate filter static regeneration.
