The steel of RCC started rusting . Some portions were structurally not stable. We removed the damaged portions , some portions repaired . Generally used available infrastructure and modified it to create a great home. The unused spaces converted as usable areas. There was a store in the dining space which resulted a corridor and created a distance between the drawing room and dining room . We added the store and corridor to the dining room to make a large living area. The damaged chimney portion removed and made enough space in the room. One bed room had a lack of ventilation due to the toilet block. We added that toilet block to make a large bed room. A small bed room converted to two toilets so that we got enough toilets for both bed rooms at either side. The front bed room was small , hence removed a wall and extended it to get a large bed room. Added a new bed room to get three bed rooms in the ground floor The entry to the kitchen was through outside of home , modified it to get proper connection from dining room.
