This new Morning Meditation was recorded deep inside a quiet forest stream I discovered during a peaceful walk in May. The moment I saw this hidden place, surrounded by moss-covered stones, flowing water and the fresh green colors of spring, I immediately knew I wanted to sit down and play there. The forest was slowly waking up. Birds singing everywhere, cold fresh water flowing through the creek, soft light moving through the trees and this incredible calm atmosphere all around. There is something deeply peaceful about these rich greens, the sound of moving water and the stillness of nature. It feels grounding, refreshing and alive at the same time. I hope this music creates a space for you — whether you need calm, focus, reflection, prayer, or simply a quiet moment to breathe.
