Jack The Ripper's Whitechapel. Alone. After Dark.

London, 1888… a city gripped by fear. In this video, I walk the exact route of one of history’s most infamous killers… Jack the Ripper. Starting in Whitechapel and moving through Spitalfields and Aldgate, I visit every known murder location in chronological order… retracing the steps taken over 130 years ago. From the dark alleyways of Durward Street to the chilling final location on Dorset Street, this is a journey through the real streets where it all happened. Along the way, I uncover the history, the rumours, and the theories that still surround this case today… including the possibility that the killer was hiding in plain sight. I also stop at the historic Ten Bells pub… a place where some of the victims once drank… and where the killer himself may have once stood. This isn’t a guided tour… This is walking the story as it unfolded. And by the end… one question still remains… Who was Jack the Ripper? 📍 Locations featured: Durward Street (Bucks Row) Hanbury Street The Ten Bells Pub Henriques Street (Berner Street) Mitre Square Artillery Passage Dorset Street 🎥 About the channel: On The Up is all about travel, experiences, and exploring places with a story to tell… from pub crawls to extreme day trips and everything in between.
