Integrative Activity U3 | The Negotiation Method | English II

Hello everyone! In this video I share my work for the Integrative Activity number 3 of the subject English II, for Specific Purposes II. Here I explain step by step how I solved a negotiation problem using the Negotiation Canvas method, following the example of the orange that we studied in class. I created my own situation with an original product: Smart School Backpacks, where two clients did not agree on the design. We found the perfect solution where everyone wins, understanding that what matters is not just what people say they want, but what their real needs are. What you will see in this video: ✅ What is the problem and why was there disagreement? ✅ What do we all want and what are our real interests? ✅ What would happen if we do not reach an agreement? ✅ What can we offer to make a fair deal? ✅ The three solutions I proposed and the final agreement. This work shows what I learned about managing problems and conflicts, and how to use negotiation tools to reach agreements that benefit everyone.
