Secret car at the start of GTA Vice City (R* never explained this)

The Vice City Lighthouse, at the southern tip of Ocean Beach, has a Caddy permanently hidden inside the large bushes closest to the lighthouse path. It's an intentional vehicle spawn, not a glitch. What's fascinating is that you usually can't actually see the vehicle—the foliage completely obscures it. Instead, if you walk into the correct bush and press the enter-vehicle button, Tommy suddenly climbs into what appeared to be an empty hedge.
