The Chao Chai Jjajang had a thick, old-fashioned flavor with plenty of meat. You might think mayonnaise on dumplings is strange, but it pairs perfectly with the spicy flavor. I chose spaghetti noodles for the jjajangmyeon~ The sauce and noodles are surprisingly a great combination~ It goes especially well when mixed with "Paldo Jjajangmyeon" sauce👍👍 Highly recommended~ Since I'm a bit of a wimp, I fully armed myself with mayonnaise and jjajang sauce to take it on😋 Maybe because it's been a while since I ate it, it felt unusually spicy.
