自宅レーシングシミュレータを活用した、初レースまでの練習メニュー紹介|初レース体験記

Four months until my first race. I can only drive a real car twice a month— To maximize my limited real-car practice experience, I'm sharing my daily training routine, centered around my home racing simulator. My routine includes real-car driving, open field practice with the S2000 (rotation and revolution), sim practice with Assetto Corsa/iRacing, and mental training. My lap time at Fuji Speedway with the v.Granz has improved from around 1 minute 56 seconds to around 52 seconds. ▼ Table of Contents 00:00 4 Months Until Race Debut 00:32 Introducing Mary and Our Goals 01:03 Four Essential Abilities for Racing 02:06 Real Car Practice: v.Granz (Twice a Month) 02:42 Open Field Practice: Rotation and Revolution with the S2000 03:50 Home Racing Simulator 04:29 Heat Countermeasures for Summer Endurance Races 04:53 Getting Used to the Course with Assetto Corsa 05:43 Gaining Real Race Experience with iRacing 06:10 Participating in Amateur Karting Races 06:32 Image Training and Review 07:09 Summary and Next Episode Preview ▼ MEC120 2026 Series Rd.1 Suzuka (July) / Rd.2 Motegi (September) / Rd.3 Okayama (October) / Rd.4 Fuji (December) First Race is Rd.1 Suzuka (July 11-12). ▼ Team / Vehicle Team: K2 GARAGE Vehicle: v.Granz (Open-wheel single-seater / 590kg / 171PS / K2 GARAGE rental) ▼ SNS X (formerly Twitter): https://x.com/mary_racing_jp #vGranz #MEC120 #racingsimulator #circuit #firstrace #AssettoCorsa #iRacing #motorsports
