¿Quién eres cuando dejas de hacer lo que haces? | La crisis de identidad que muchos hombres viven

Many men go through a breakup, a crisis, or a difficult time and find refuge in a new activity. They start running, CrossFit, cycling, playing padel, or going to the gym, and little by little, they stop saying "I go for a run" and start saying "I'm a runner." That activity can become a source of discipline, community, and purpose. And there's nothing wrong with that. The problem arises when it stops being something you do and starts answering the question: Who am I? What happens if you get injured? What if you change jobs? What if one day you can no longer train? Who is left when what you identified with disappears? In this episode, we talk about the difference between identity and activity, why so many men fall into this trap, and how to start building a much deeper and more stable identity. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Join the Virtual Men's Circle.
