Canalone Porta in Grignetta: video lungo MA si vedono TUTTI i passaggi | trekking EE

Are you ready to get your hands on Grignetta rock? Today Serena and I climbed the FULL Porta Couloir, and we decided to shoot this video as a true "Street View" for anyone who wants to tackle it! We didn't cut anything important in this 18-minute video: we took our time, took it slow, had fun, but above all, showed every single tricky move, every chimney, and every rock ledge where orientation or handholds can be challenging. The Porta Couloir (south face of Grigna Meridionale) is a historic and spectacular route for true Expert Hikers (EE) or novice mountaineers. There are no steel cables or chains: you climb on-sight on super-grippy limestone (grades I and II, the slab that is considered the crux move in some guidebooks is rated III but can be completely bypassed by staying to the left; there are new markings). If you want to do it too, use this video as a guide to plan the best ascent line! Official GPX track of our tour on Wikiloc: https://loc.wiki/t/266859539?wa=sc Technical Details of the Tour: Start/Finish: Piani dei Resinelli (LC) Route: Parking after Soldanella, Canalone Porta (full ascent) - Access to Sinigalia (height of the cat's jump) - Grignetta Peak (2177m) - Descent from the Cermenati Ridge (very normal). Elevation gain: approximately +900m Difficulty: EE (Expert Hikers) / Alpinistica F (grade I/II continuous free climbing). ⚠️ Golden rules: Helmet MANDATORY, especially if there are people around, even on other trails (frequent rock falls), sure-footedness, and a complete lack of vertigo. To be done ONLY UPHILL. Sit back, enjoy the climb step by step with us, leave a big LIKE for Serena's courage, and subscribe to the channel so you don't miss the next wild channels! 🚀🧗‍♂️" [00:00] - Departure from Pian dei Resinelli and approaching the entrance to the Canalone Porta. [09:17] - Simple and fun climbing section, faithfully following the colored markings on the rocks.
