Why do Christians Worship on Sunday?
Keith explains that Jesus said that man was not made for the Sabbath but that the Sabbath was made for man. Since other days such as Pentecost which is always on Sunday was considered a High Sabbath in the OT.Paul says we are no longer required to keep special days, it opened the door for us to celebrate Jesus resurrection on Sunday. The birth of Jesus church was on Sunday. We can't wait to worship on the last day of the week so we worship our Lord on the first day of the week.
