Shahrukh Khan, Bollywood super star played the role of Shekharan, a reluctant owner of a circus. He is willing to sell it off but as he becomes part of the struggles surroundings, he changes his mind. The highly popular TV series of the 90s, setup in a circus backdrop, follows lives of the artists of the troupe, unravelling different shades of characters, as they struggle with the tricky realistic situations. The series was directed by eminent cinema directors, Aziz Mirza & Kundan Shah.
