Bosch PFR type diesel injection pump teardown
This video covers the teardown of a Bosch PFR type Zexel injection pump. I recently pulled these damaged units from the Isuzu LD1 engine in my IHI mini excavator. The video shows each of the components in the injection pump and how it works. I've included some good photos of the worn parts in at the end, and remember to always have a working fuel filter on your diesel engines!!!
