We've had a great time but didn't LOVE love it. Do your research thoroughly before booking xx edit; so a few people have asked why I didn't LOVE it, here's a few reasons but overall, we made amazing memories together and didn't let these little things ruin our holiday or bother us, I personally found it very annoying as it's meant to be a 5* resort and not the cheapest. J 1. having to get a bus to the waterpark & beach, 2. having to take the stairs to the 7th floor a few times because lifts take up to 5-10 mins to come, 3. rooms not cleaned a few times for few days& having to call to get it done etc otherwise, whenever I called about any issues it got resolved very quickly.
