Two cool features in MS Outlook Contacts
Software programs come with so many features and Outlook is a great example. There are two cool features of Outlook Contacts that are designed to save you time and better manage the people in your network. The first is assigning a Category to your contacts and the second pertains to the Notes Section of each contact. By assigning a specific Category to a Contact, you'll be able to search, sort and recall a contact much quicker. Categories also enables you to quickly email an entire group of individuals with just a few clicks. The Notes section of each contact allows you to include details related to that contact, which makes for quick sorting and searching later if needed.
