Bake in a 24-cm pan in a preheated oven at 170 °C for 25 minutes. 40 g gelatin. 200 ml juice from canned peaches. 400 g peaches (from the can). 55 g cocoa. 100 ml boiling water. 300 g sugar. 1100 g Greek yogurt (15%), room temperature. 520 ml cold cream (33–35% fat). 10 g vanilla. Add melted gelatin. Set aside 200 g of cream and add the cocoa. Chill for 5–6 hours. 250 ml whipped cream (33–35% fat). 3 g vanillin. 25 g powdered sugar. 150 g mascarpone or cream cheese. 400 g peaches. 150 g dark chocolate. 120 ml cream (33–35% fat). 💛 Thanks for watching!
