Oakridge Park - Perimeter bike lane preview (still incomplete)

My understanding was that the whole perimeter would be a 2-way bike path, but it appears that Cambie and (most of) 41st will be one-way? Lots of silly 'cyclists dismount' signs which should either be removed or, if actually necessary, replaced with 'cyclists go walking speed' signs.
