A complete full-body class to improve your movement, stability, and work your legs, arms, back, core, and posture from the comfort of your home. In this session, we'll do simple, controlled, and accessible exercises designed to activate your body without any equipment. It's an ideal class for those who want to get back into training, stay active, or add a complete low-impact routine. We'll work on: Legs and glutes Coordinate and core Back and posture Arms and shoulder mobility Coordination, balance, and body control The goal isn't to create an impossible class, but rather to move mindfully, progressively strengthen, and finish feeling more active, lighter, and more alert. You can do it at your own pace, rest when you need to, and adapt the movements to how you feel today.
