S10 Ep 361 Gary DeCesare “THE MASTERMIND THAT BUILT THE ST. RAYMOND'S BASKETBALL LEGACY”

St. Raymond High School for Boys would like to congratulate St. Raymond alum Gary DeCesare, legendary coach, for his induction into the Catholic High School Athletic Association's Hall of Fame on Thursday May 25, 2017. In his 16 years at the helm, Coach DeCesare has compiled a 288-139 overall record. He has coached over 30 division I players and countless Division II and III players. Four of his former players have gone on to play in the N.B.A. (Ernest Brown, Terrence Rencher, Julius Hodge and Allen Ray) and many more have gone off to play professionally overseas. Throughout his illustrious career, Coach DeCesare has won four CHSAA City Championships (1991,1993, 2000, 2001), and two New York State Federation Titles (1993, 2001).
