🏡 My apartment in Alanya is ready! In this video I will tell you what prices are in Turkey in 2024: how much I spent on household appliances, furniture and other things for the home. I will show you my residential complex with hotel infrastructure in Avsallar (Alanya) and a 1+1 apartment. I can walk to the sea in 17 minutes (the main beach of Avsallar). During the summer season, the residents of my building use a free shuttle to Incekum beach (the complex has its own area with sun loungers there). The monthly aidat in my residential complex in 2024 is 50 euros. ✅ What is on the territory of the complex: • 2 swimming pools: summer and winter • garden with barbecue gazebo • gym, volleyball and basketball court • games room with ping pong and billiards • hammam, steam room and sauna • playground for children Everything can be used without restrictions. The complex is guarded and there is a staff of cleaners working on the premises. My apartment is 1+1 (living room combined with kitchen + bedroom). The total area is 50 m². We bought it in Turkey in 2021 for 45 thousand euros.
