Auquiscocha Lagoon This is one of the attractions of Huascarán National Park. Its main attraction is its waters, which flow through the rocks, forming stunning waterfalls. The lagoon is located northeast of the city of Carhuaz in the Cordillera Blanca, at the foot of the Hualcan and Chequiaraju snow-capped mountains. This beautiful, dark-green glacial lagoon is ideal for a day hike.
