In a mixing bowl add the chicken slices, salt, white pepper, vinegar, cornflour and egg white. Mix and coat Heat oil for frying,temp 150 degrees deep fry until light golden brown. Sauce 2 tbls Lee Kum Kee chilli bean sauce 2 tbls Tomato Ketchup 1 tbls siracha sauce 1 tsp light soya sauce 1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp sugar Pinch of white pepper Pinch of salt 1/4 cup of water 1 level tsp cornflour 2 tbls diced garlic 1 tbls root ginger 1/2 green and red bell pepper 1/2 Onion sliced Method: Heat oil in a wok, add garlic, ginger and cook for a few minutes. Next add the rest of your veg and fry for a few minutes Now add your sauce and heat through Next add your chicken and coat in the sauce..Done #sizzilinggarliccrispychillichicken
