We're bringing you a test ride review of the F3 LIMITED, the latest model in BRP's CAN-AM SPYDER series of three-wheeled motorcycles. We've previously reviewed the RT LIMITED and F3-S in the CAN-AM SPYDER series, but the F3 LIMITED we test rode this time seems to combine the best features of both models. The stable chassis with two front wheels and one rear wheel is built on a lightweight, compact, and highly rigid F3-series frame, and is powered by a torquey Rotax water-cooled inline three-cylinder engine with a 1,330cc displacement, four-valve DOHC head. It also inherits the same luxurious basic equipment as the F3, including front and rear radial tires, a double A-arm front suspension with an anti-roll bar, FOX front shock absorbers, Sachs rear shock absorbers, and a Brembo brake system. It delivers sporty driving performance inherited from the F3. Meanwhile, in terms of equipment and exterior, the addition of side cases (panniers) to the rear has significantly expanded the luggage space. Additionally, thanks to comfort features such as a step-board-style control system and audio, its greatest feature is that it is also suitable for long-distance touring while maintaining the sporty driving performance of the F3. The F3 Limited also comes standard with all driving-related features, including a 6-speed semi-automatic transmission, ABS, traction control, stability control, power steering, reverse gear, and cruise control.
