(100 Subscribers Special) Long Beach Transit 2002 New Flyer D40LF #2223

Here is a footage of Long Beach Transit 2223 on the 173. We have officially reached over 100 subscribers, folks! Thank you so much for your support and contributions in helping this channel grow! I know I should have posted a video during the day (last week) when we reached 100 subscribers but due to a delay because of personal reasons, I was unable to but it is never too late to celebrate a little bonus. I can't wait to keep sharing more transit footages with you guys; thanks to the support and patience from each and every single of you, my channel has been able to grow but also depict what public transit means a lot to me, not just as a hobby but also as part of the daily aspect of my life. To celebrate over 100 subscribers, I have decided to get a footage of an oldie that I have not digged out from my previous footages. Here is a footage of one of Long Beach Transit's remaining 2002 D40LFs that continue to remain active but is running out of time. Unfortunately, Long Beach Transit is soon to decommission a few of their D40LFs (I think the remaining of the 2001-2018 fleet (2000 models)) and will most likely get replaced by XN40s. A few of the 2002 model units (2201-2239 fleet) continue to be active but if you haven't ridden on any of the 2200s, then I suggest to start riding them before they head out the door at any moment. If you are lucky to catch any of the 2000s, then do so and feel free to comment below which units you guys rode or spotted in service.
