Mizu5 is ultimately prevented due to Student B actually doing something. Akio, Kenji and Masaru are childhood friends. Though their friendship was forced by Masaru the most. Kenji didn't quite like Akio, mainly because he could see himself in Akio and Akio knew this but stayed friends with him because he didn't want to become alone again. Eventually Akio meets Mizuki, someone he defended from Kenji. They become good friends after that but their friendship begins to fade as Mizuki's attendance becomes more irregular. This caused Akio to forget about what his purposed was, leading to him almost giving up on everything. But Mizuki stops him before it could happen, reigniting the passion and loyalty he had once felt for Mizuki.
