Add 4g of dried bonito flakes, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 4 shakes of Ajinomoto, 400cc of water, 80cc of sake, and 1.5 tablespoons of sesame oil. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
