Crystal lakes - The Chunk

During the winter of 2023/2024 the nearby river The Great Ouse flooded which resulted in the level of Crystal lakes rising several feet. Many of the small commons swam out but a few bigger ones swam in. This had the affect of turning a runs water into a much more difficult water to catch fish from, however there are now some real gems to be caught and for those that put in the effort the rewards are there.
