Mermelada de Morrón Rojo / Conserva agridulce de Pimientos Rojos #mermeladademorron

Hello, hello! Christmas is coming, and you're starting to look for delicious and affordable snack ideas for the evening of the 24th and lunch on the 25th. Today I'm sharing a delicious bell pepper/red pepper jam that's easy and delicious. To prepare it, you'll need: 4 bell peppers or red peppers (approximately 1 kilo), removed from the seeds and ribs, and finely diced. 1 large cup of sugar and the same cup of vinegar. The idea is for the liquid to cover the bell peppers. Cook until it becomes jam-like, and if you're preserving it, store it warm in a jar that you've previously cleaned with alcohol. Today I paired it with Camembert cheese and some toast. I can't tell you how delicious it is!
