Wash and clean the broccoli. Cut it roughly into small pieces and keep them aside. 2. Heat a pressure cooker and add butter to it. 3. Once the butter is melted, add in the roughly chopped onions and garlic cloves. 4. Saute until the onions turn slightly transparent. 5. Add in the chopped potatoes, broccoli pieces, salt and crushed pepper. Mix it all well. 6. Add 2 cups of water into the pressure cooker, cover it with the lid and pressure cook the ingredients for at least 2 whistles on medium flame. 7. Transfer the cooked ingredients along with water to a large bowl and let it completely cool down. 8. Transfer the cooled down ingredients to a mixer jar and grind everything into smooth puree. 9. Now, transfer this puree to a sauce and dilute it with water if it is too thick. 10. Check for seasoning and add salt, pepper powder if required. 11. Let the soup come to a boil and turn off the stove. 12. Wholesome Broccoli Soup is ready to be served hot and nice with any toasted bread of your choice.
