This is an incredibly cost-effective hotel recommended for adult trips to Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture. We stayed at the Kobe Portopia Hotel, built in a maritime city surrounded by sea on all sides. In the evening, we ventured to Sannomiya, just 10 minutes from the hotel, for dinner at a great value restaurant, and for breakfast, enjoyed a luxurious all-you-can-eat buffet from the 30th floor until we were stuffed. We leisurely enjoyed the spectacular views of Kobe city, Osaka Bay, and Mount Rokko until our 12 o'clock check-out, and enjoyed a great value stay at just 10,000 yen per night.
