Island Cake / Easy Island Cake with Jello

Hello friends! In this video I will show you how to make this incredible jello island cake! The idea is not mine, but I will share with you how I made this cake. Jello recipe I used: 350 g of cold water 70 g of gelatin 4 cups of water 1 1/2 cups of sugar. Mix 350 g of cold water and 70 g of gelatin. Bring 4 cups of water and 1 1/2 cups of sugar to boil. Let the mixture to cool down to 120 F (50 C). Add a little bit of blue food coloring, then add dissolved gelatin mixture. NOTE: If you need to transport this cake or to keep out of the fridge for a while, I would recommend to increase the amount of gelatin to make the cake more stable.
