The Who perform their famous emotional live staple "Love Reign O'er Me" at Acrisure Arena in Palm Springs, CA Oct. 1, 2025. This was the 17th and final show for The Who on their North American Farewell Tour titled "The Song is Over". The video was shot from a front row camera pit position and features the legendary band's remaining members Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey along with their 6 musician supporting band. "Love, Reign O'er Me" is the final song on The Who's album "Quadrophenia", their second rock opera released in 1973. The song concerns Jimmy, the main character of Quadrophenia, who is having a personal crisis. Jimmy feels he has nothing left to live for, and he finds spiritual redemption in the pouring rain.
