Opening the Tomix Basic Set SD "Blue Train" Model Railway Unboxings - Japanese N Gauge To commemorate a year since the official launch of the channel, today we take a look at a starter set, with a twist. Tomix has recently become officially licensed in the Australian market, and although their stock is currently limited, I thought it would be a good chance to check out their debut items. Today's train set is the Basic Set SD Blue Train, product ID 90185. We unbox the set, drawing comparisons to other train sets in the market, then build the pocket layout provided using Tomix's Finetrack system. It’s great to have some variety in the Australian market as Japanese models become more known around the world.
