Here we go with the endives. This year I wanted to start from seed, but it's complicated, as the roots are quite small. I couldn't find any other seeds in my local garden center, but you can still get some. Then it's very simple: push the roots into a potting soil mix and leave them in the dark, in a room between 10 and 20 degrees. You can harvest 2 to 3 times per root.
