Animal Crossing GameCube – Day 303: Raffle Letdown, Two New Bugs, and No More Cicadas!

Raffle Day finally arrived in Animal Crossing GameCube Edition, and my hopes were high! I traded in my raffle tickets at Nook's, hoping to take home the grand prize—the Gold Ball—but luck wasn't quite on my side. I did win the second- and third-place prizes, so it wasn't a total loss, but missing out on the top prize was definitely disappointing. After that, we helped a few villagers by delivering some requested items before heading out on another bug-catching adventure. The night ended on a much happier note as we caught and donated not one, but two brand-new insects to the museum: the Large Brown Cicada and the Robust Cicada! With those additions, we've officially completed every cicada in the game. Now the bug hunt is down to just a handful of beetles and the elusive Banded Dragonfly. The museum collection is getting closer and closer to completion!
