Often, starting this path can be lonely and somewhat dry; it's hard to differentiate between useful practices or knowledge and superstitions, which is why I made this video. The first thing is to value study and knowledge, second, certain practical aspects, and finally, something more closely related to your personal journey. These are three pieces of advice (and several mini-pieces of advice) that go hand in hand and where the boundaries aren't so rigid.
