Sports Wing is proud to release its First Episode of the Calisthenic Training Series. We have our esteemed coach, Gul Muhammad Taherani, who will be explaining the basics of calisthenics and showing how to do it the right way. It is said that calisthenics training is “as effective as weight training and running combined” in building strength and boosting cardiovascular health. It is a form of exercise performed with a free-weight bodyweight (without the use of any equipment other than your own body) or gymnastic apparatus. The best part?
