Revolutionising Dementia Support | Sheffield Memory Hub Co-Designs Groundbreaking CrossSense App

Following the development of their award-winning innovative smart spectacles, CrossSense is now developing 'Wispy' a smartphone app based on the same groundbreaking technology, making the service significantly more accessible and affordable for people living with dementia and their care partners. Carl Case leads the team at Sheffield Memory Hub, whose members are among a small group of people nationwide selected to co-produce this pioneering mobile app. Through their lived experience and expertise, they are playing a central role in the co-design, development and piloting of the technology, helping to ensure it meets the real-world needs of people living with dementia and other cognitive challenges before its introduction to the market.
