Чому бурячанку ненавидять… і як це виправити.
In this video I show the second distillation of beetroot with specific figures and the result in a glass. The distillation took 28 liters of raw alcohol with a strength of 27%, which gave 7.56 liters of absolute alcohol in a cube. The yield of alcohol from sugar beet is 63 ml from 1 kg. During the distillation, I took 450 ml of heads. The body is 6 liters with a strength of 77%. After dilution, I got 11.3 liters of distillate with a strength of 40%. I will separately talk about the taste and aftertaste of the finished drink: purity, softness, characteristic beetroot notes and the overall impression after the second distillation. #beetroot #moonshine #moonshine #moonshine #trigiсhki
