2026 USPSA Area 1 Championship. Carry Optics A-Class

I haven't posted to Youtube in forever, so here's A1 from this year. I worked the match as I always do and shot in the staff match. I started off way too slow like aways, but at least not on the longest stage of the match for once. I had a couple of really good stages overall, but I double-miked the swinger on stage 7, along with another mike on a 5 yard open which pretty much killed my match. The stages were a lot of fun and I got two of my own stages in the match which means a lot to me and super proud about that. I ended the match on stage 11, my own stage design and the one I was most excited to shoot. I then failed miserably on it, so badly that once we wrapped up I asked to shoot it again just for fun before we headed off to work our stages. I ended up shooting my best run of the match, which shows me that my anxiety and caution are holding me back a lot when I'm actually shooting for score. Overall I had a ton of fun, the Giordano's hold amazing matches and I'm thankful to be a part of it.
