The FIFTH CHAKRA or VISHUDDHA is located near our THROAT, between the collarbone bones. Due to its position, it governs the TRACHEA, THROAT, VOCAL CORDS, NOSE, EARS and the endocrine glands of the THYROID. Vishudda in Sanskrit means "PURE", as inside it the body energy flows from the bottom up: during this process it is purified, and manifests itself in LISTENING and COMMUNICATION. The Fifth Chakra is thus connected to our EXPRESSIVE FACULTIES, SINCERITY, COMMUNICATION, and creative expression. The MUSIC at 432 Hz with its beneficial vibrations tuned on the G note, enters into RESONANCE with the Fifth Chakra, realizing an EFFECTIVE REBALANCING and HEALING. The Fifth Chakra in BALANCE benefits CREATIVITY and SOCIAL RELATIONSHIPS, PERSONAL GROWTH, COMMUNICATION, and participation in COLLECTIVE LIFE. On the other hand, the blocked Fifth Chakra creates physical problems for the organs it presides over: we will therefore have a predisposition to RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTIONS (sinusitis, colds, tracheitis, pharyngitis and laryngitis), but also in THYROID disorders, HEARING problems and CERVICAL. There are also several problems from a psychological and emotional point of view: communication and listening difficulties, SOCIAL ISOLATION, SHYNESS, and a constant SENSE of INADEQUACY.
