The Russian leader is scheduled to speak at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on Friday. And it's possible that Ukraine will repeat the drone attack on St. Petersburg, similar to the June 3rd attack. Germany, France, and the UK are also discussing the possibility of starting negotiations with Putin to end the war jointly with Ukraine. And the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, said that Zelenskyy has ordered that the war be ended before winter.
