The belief that there's a finish line where you'll finally have peace, finally be happy, finally rest. When I lose weight. When I find love. When I pay off debt. When my child sleeps through the night. When I get that promotion. When I build a multimillion-dollar business. That's when I'll be happy. It's all a myth. I wanted to be a billion-dollar brand within the first five years. We've been around eight, and that didn't happen. But not hitting that goal wasn't failure—it was fiction. It was a story I was telling myself to keep moving forward. And here's what I learned: I went from wanting to be a billion-dollar brand to instead impacting a billion lives. Different finish line. Different arrival.
