Stabilized Lens Vs Stabilized Body

Will a stabilized lens on a Sony ZV-E10 be as good as a Stabilized body from the a7iv? This Video is about photography and camera lenses. Both stabilized Lenses and Stabilized Camera bodies. In this video I compare using IBIS with an unstabilized lens to a camera body with no IBIS but with stabilization built into the lens. The 50mm as well as a 70-200mm and even a 150-600mm! Surprisingly the difference between IBIS and lens stabilization isnt as much as I would have thought.
