Visual acuity Scales. Difference among 6/60, 6/36,6/24 6/12, 6/9 and 6/6?
In this video we will learn about visual acuity scales. If we read top letter it means our VA is 6/60 2nd line means 6/36 3rd line 6/24 4th line 6/18 5th line 6/12 6th line 6/9 And last line means 6/6 which is normal visual acuity. The numerator 6 is actually distance between patient and Snellen chart and denominator is actually the comparison between a patient and normal 6/6.patient.
