Our Trip January 2026 - Part 3 - Hotel Stay - HM Alma de Bayahibe, Dominican Republic

Following our cruise on the Marella Discovery was opted for a 7 night hotel stay in Dominican Republic. We chose to stay at HM Alma de Bayahibe in the area of Bayahibe. The resort is a compact affair and is within walking distance of Playa Dominicus and Bayahibe town. It is very clean and well appointed. In summation to the video I detail some issues I found with the resort. Not catastrophic but could be a deal breaker for some. Would I return? It would have to be a maybe rather than a definate. In the video I show you around the resort and also give you a look at a breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main buffet restaurant. I also show you our excellent junior suite room.
