This video demonstrates the process of creating a printing block on paper using a recycled Styrofoam tray. Materials: Styrofoam tray Clean sheets of paper for printing Paint (tempera, acrylic, oil, etc.) Surface for spreading paint Sponge, rag, roller, etc. (something for applying ink) Pointed objects, e.g., nail, pencil, pencil cap, crochet hook, yarn needle, etc. (Important: the point should not be too sharp to avoid damaging the printing block) Wooden or metal spoon (to use as a "press" to apply pressure while printing) A clean surface such as a table or board to work on A cloth or paper for cleaning.
