Land This scenic and versatile surveyed 7,000-acre property ranges from 1,720’ to 5,200’ in elevation and has approximately 25+ miles of convenient, well-maintained internal access ranch roads. The ranch is currently comprised of 139 parcels and is bordered by Bear Valley Springs (BVS) and the Historic Tejon Ranch. The two primary and private gated entrances are at Sheeptrail Court and at Woodbine Court. A third access to the ranch is over an easement via Comanche Point Road. The drive to and through the property features striking vistas and 180-degree panoramic views of the surrounding region, from BVS to the east, to the San Joaquin Valley to the west.
