Bonjour everyone, I'm Elmira and this is my reality series about reuse and the promotion of vintage items in the modern world. An episode about the French brocante. Yes, that's the French word for such an event. It literally translates as "flea market." The new location wasn't chosen by chance – it's in central Paris, and the market is open weekdays except Mondays. This was crucial for me, so I wouldn't waste time on the weekend. The buyers aren't as interesting as at the previous vintage market. The people are simpler, the audience isn't as affluent, and the prices are quite reasonable. But there are many items that have been aged well and have their own unique stories. Porcelain, an abundance of jewelry, vinyl records, glass, ceramics, antiques, cocktail glasses and shot glasses, figurines, hats, furniture, bags: the list is endless.
