After days of continuous rainfall, Odisha is expected to witness a gradual decrease in rain from tomorrow. Except for Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj, most districts are likely to experience dry weather. The dry spell may continue until July 13, after which rainfall could increase again due to the possible formation of a fresh cyclonic circulation over the Bay of Bengal. Currently, a well-marked low-pressure system is active over north interior Odisha and adjoining south Jharkhand, centered about 60 km north-northeast of Rourkela.
